Following yesterday’s emergency Cobra meeting and subsequent advice with regard to social distancing, we will be continuing with the Remote Working section of our Business Continuity Plan.
Since Friday 13th March we have been operating Remote Working procedures and continue to deliver the high levels of service you will be accustomed to. To protect the wellbeing of staff and customers, we will be extending Remote Working for a working week commencing Monday 16th March. Many of our Insurers and capacity providers are operating remotely and we are pleased to report that no issues have been identified in our service delivery.
